00:08 According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, 2Mad passed away February 13th at just 23 years old.
00:15 The YouTuber was found unresponsive at his Los Angeles home after a welfare check was requested, law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
00:24 Police were called to 2Mad's residence after he missed multiple appointments and had not been heard from for several days, the outlet reports.
