The release date for "Alien: Romulus" was officially unveiled :August 16, 2024
Details regarding director Fede Alvarez's contribution to the Alien franchise have been scarce. Thankfully, the film now has a title, which is a relief considering it was previously known simply as Fede Alvarez's Untitled Alien Movie for an extended period. According to Cailee Spaeny, who plays Priscilla in the film, this new installment is set between the events of the original film and James Cameron's adrenaline-fueled 1986 sequel, Aliens. Additionally, it's exciting to note that the same creature-design team responsible for the iconic Xenomorphs in Aliens has contributed to shaping the look and atmosphere of this movie.
