Dunkin employee flips out on a customer

Working these jobs can be very stressful. In a large number of the fast food restaurants, the employees are shorthanded. This makes it equally frustrating for the workers and the customers. As a result, almost nobody has any patience. In this situation, the customer likely provoked the worker. However, the only thing the video showed was the employee flipping out and the customer standing there, unbothered.
