00:00 "What you gonna do?
00:02 What's that?
00:03 Hold on!
00:04 That was my hand on it!"
00:05 Welcome to WatchMojo, and today we're looking at infamous times a camera caught a customer
00:10 being rude and causing a massive scene with their unearned entitlement.
00:15 "Get out of here!
00:16 Get out!
00:17 You are not allowed here!"
00:21 Number 10.
00:22 Service Dog Confrontation "It's disgusting to have an animal inside
00:27 of a public restaurant!"
00:28 It's a common courtesy to show veterans some respect for their service, right?
00:33 Clearly, no one told Ciara Miller that when she decided to confront a retired veteran
00:38 for about the dumbest reason possible.
00:41 As Master Sergeant Bill Austin and his family enjoyed themselves in a Delaware restaurant,
00:45 Miller angrily approached them because his service dog had allegedly invaded her space.
00:50 "She says she got upset because the dog's backside got way too close to her.
00:56 She also says she was subjected to racial slurs."
00:59 She berated Austin simply for bringing the dog with him, disregarding both his personal
01:04 struggles and his legal right to do so.
01:07 After further insulting the animal and getting into it with another customer, Miller was
01:11 removed from the premises.
01:13 The family was used to curiosity about their dog, but nothing could have prepared them
01:18 for the blatant disrespect of a complete stranger.
01:21 "We've had people ask us questions or comments about the dog because he's so big,
01:27 but we've never had anybody get in our face and just scream at us."

01:32 No ID, No Service The last time we checked, wine was supposed
01:37 to help you unwind.
01:38 So how can someone get so wound up all in the name of a little day drinking?
01:43 Well, back in 2020, one unidentified woman found a way while checking out in a Virginia
01:49 Walgreens.
01:50 "She was before you.
01:51 Okay, she should go."
01:52 "I think she's being polite."
01:55 Having already spotted the red flags of not wearing a mask and cutting the line, the manager
02:00 held her ground after reportedly asking for the woman's ID.
02:03 Rather than cooperate, however, the irate customer insisted that her American Express
02:08 card was proof enough of identification because, get this, it's platinum.
02:13 "I have American Expresses.
02:14 I bet that's it."
02:16 Of course, no amount of money would have stopped the police from being called.
02:20 Thankfully, they didn't need to be as the woman eventually gave in and finished paying.
02:25 "Okay, I'll give you my ID.
02:28 Right here.
02:29 Here you go.
02:30 That's all we have to do."
02:31 8.
02:32 Card-tastrophe We've all had issues with a card when paying
02:33 for things.
02:35 Sometimes it's the machine's fault, sometimes it's ours as we tapped it on the wrong part.
02:40 It happens.
02:41 But Bria Jenea Clinton's reaction was utterly absurd.
02:44 In 2021, she went to Akai's Crab Boil in Columbus, Ohio to grab some takeout.
02:50 But as Clinton paid, she pulled the card out too quickly.
02:53 When manager Courtney Hickey was explaining the issue and asked her to put the card back
02:57 in, Clinton slapped Hickey across the face, causing her glasses to fall off before storming
03:03 out.
03:04 After surveillance footage of the incident went online, Clinton was quickly identified.
03:08 The Columbus cops issued the attacker a summons for assault and disorderly conduct.
03:13 "There's absolutely no reason or no place for that kind of violence here."

03:18 Bad hair day You can't blame someone else for your child's
03:22 mistake.
03:23 In 2021, Robbie Rocco, a barber at Bonehead's Barbershop in Norton, Massachusetts, had a
03:29 teen come in for a haircut.
03:31 However, he asked for a number two razor on top, which would be very short.
03:36 After Rocco double-checked, the barber gave him what he asked for.
03:39 "I'm like, 'Are you sure?
03:42 It's real short.
03:43 Yep, yep, just do it.'
03:44 I said, 'Okay, grab the number two, bang.'"
03:47 After, the teen left, even tipping Rocco.
03:50 But not everyone was chuffed with the barber's work.
03:53 Apparently, the teen's mother was furious at how short it was.
03:57 She arrived at the shop, telling Rocco she was going to sue him.
04:04 She followed that by calling the police.
04:07 She was reporting Rocco for giving her son a haircut.
04:10 According to Rocco, the police were annoyed at having their time wasted.
04:14 "I just want to thank everyone for the love and support.
04:16 I really appreciate it."

04:18 No Reasoning In 2021, a creepy customer spewed his vile
04:23 thoughts to other patrons at the Massapequa Diner in Long Island, New York.
04:28 Reportedly, he attempted to hit on underage girls, uttered homophobic slurs, and used
04:33 derogatory language towards staff and customers.
04:36 And in the chaos, a hero emerged in the form of employee, Sandra Albert.
04:41 She laid into the creeper as he weakly defended his actions.
04:47 Albert later states she tried reasoning with him, but there's no reasoning with someone
04:52 like that.
04:57 She told the man to get out and that none of the staff wanted to serve him.
05:01 He eventually left the restaurant once the police were called and on their way.

05:06 Frozen Drink Meltdown When you purchase a drink from a restaurant,
05:13 sometimes mistakes are made and you might be handed something you didn't order.
05:18 It happens, no biggie.
05:20 Yet the worst thing you can do is what Alan de Guillaume did.
05:24 In 2018, security footage at a Tim Hortons in New Westminster, Canada showed him exploding
05:29 in a toddler-esque rage over his iced coffee.
05:33 After arguing with staff, he grabbed the drink, pouring it over the counter and equipment
05:38 before chucking the container away.
05:40 Then de Guillaume vanished from the footage, only to return moments later to knock over
05:45 the till.
05:46 De Guillaume reportedly attacked a customer who tried to intervene.
05:49 He was arrested on several charges and publicly admitted his shame over his behavior.

05:56 Harassing the Vendor Andres Agüeas Alvarez's hot dog cart was
06:00 a popular eatery near the San Diego State University every weekend.
06:04 Yet in 2023, the street vendor became the victim of a group of entitled women.
06:10 Footage shot from another customer showed the group berating Alvarez over his prices.
06:14 At one point, one of the fiends grabbed items from the cart and threw them, ruining his
06:19 ingredients.
06:21 In one gross incident, one licked an item before putting it back on the grill.
06:30 Unsurprisingly, people were outraged.
06:33 California State University San Marcos, which some of the women went to, stated their disgust
06:39 at their actions.
06:40 Fellow vendors in the local community rallied behind Alvarez by hosting a vendor buyout
06:45 in his honor.

06:53 Throwing Out the Trash In 2020, Raymond Orozo was at Lucia restaurant
06:58 and bar in Carmel, California to celebrate his wife's birthday with his family.
07:03 But the celebrations took a sour turn with the racist ranting of another patron who took
07:08 exception to the Asian-American family.
07:10 He used insulting language and gestures against them, even using Donald Trump as a threat
07:19 against them.
07:20 Well, not on Jennica Cochran's shift.
07:23 She verbally laid into the man, disarming him with her anger and ordered him to leave.
07:35 When the footage gained a lot of attention, the racist man was identified as Michael Lofthouse,
07:40 the CEO of tech company Solid 8.
07:42 After apologizing for his behavior, shortly after, he was forced to resign from his position.
07:51 2.
08:02 Taxi Tirade In 2021, Uber had a policy of passengers wearing
08:07 a face mask when using the service.
08:10 Well, one group didn't follow this when they ordered a ride from Subacar Khadka in
08:14 San Francisco, California.
08:16 After an argument with one of the women not wearing a mask and having to buy one, Khadka
08:21 decided to cancel the trip.
08:23 And the group took it super poorly.
08:25 Khadka was coughed on, had his phone nearly stolen, threatened with an illness, and had
08:29 his mask ripped off.
08:31 Two of the assailants, Arna Khamai and Malaysia King, were arrested and charged for their
08:36 attack.
08:37 Khamai pleaded not guilty.
08:39 In 2022, she was arrested again, this time for allegedly committing identity theft in
08:44 a separate circumstance.
08:46 Yikes!

08:48 Hot Soup Lob In 2021, Janelle Brolin was having a rough
09:14 shift as a manager at the Sol de Jalisco restaurant in Temple, Texas.
09:19 After all, she had to field a complaint call from Amanda Martinez, who had a takeout of
09:23 soup and claimed it was so hot the plastic lid melted.
09:27 But it got worse when Martinez came back to the restaurant.
09:30 The two argued, resulting in the customer throwing the spicy soup in Brolin's face
09:35 before she ran away.
09:37 Unfortunately for her, Martinez was arrested for assault.
09:40 In 2023, the soup thrower pleaded no contest to the charges.
09:45 As such, Martinez was fined $800 plus court costs and sentenced to 15 months deferred
09:51 adjudication and a 6-day jail work release.
09:54 What's the worst behavior you've seen from a customer in the wild?
