00:02 Surprise! And welcome to a new episode of Surprise Guest with Pia Arcangel
00:07 where every episode is nothing that you would expect
00:10 because we don't know who we'll be with.
00:14 Every day, every episode, we'll guess at the same time
00:17 who we'll be watching as a special guest.
00:20 Just like for today, join me as I try and guess who our guest will be.
00:24 We have received a set of clues.
00:26 Here, our clues have entered.
00:29 First clue, he is a young artist who is good at dancing.
00:35 Ooh, nice! Dancer.
00:37 He is also a technopreneur behind different online platforms
00:42 for influencers, for gamers, and also for mental health.
00:47 Oh, so that means he also helps other influencers with their platforms.
00:53 He also has a first-ever off-leash dog park in the Philippines.
01:00 Ooh, off-leash dog park meaning you can let your dogs run around without a leash.
01:06 And she's now part of a Filipino-Korean collaboration film.
01:12 Okay, Filipino-Korean collaboration film.
01:15 I don't think I've seen this film.
01:18 Is this film being produced, being shot as of now?
01:22 Also part of the hottest action series of GMA, "Ang Black Rider,"
01:29 which is currently showing on GMA Prime.
01:33 Oh my! Surprise guest.
01:35 Well, let's see. Who are the female stars of "Ang Black Rider?"
01:39 Of course, this is Ruru starring Ruru, but his co-star is Yassie.
01:45 So, is our surprise guest Miss Yassie Pressman?
01:49 Is that you, Yassie?
01:51 Yassie, hi! Hello, how are you?
01:54 Hi!
01:55 Hi!
01:56 Oh my, we have so much to talk about today, Yassie.
02:00 We can learn so much about you from the set of clues.
02:05 But, okay, so let's just get the ball rolling.
02:09 You said you're in taping right now, and that's of course taping for "Black Rider."
02:13 Yes.
02:14 So, Yassie, how is it? How's the taping? How's it working with Ruru?
02:18 And with everybody in the cast of "Black Rider?"
02:21 It's really, really fun.
02:23 We've been working together for about five or six months now.
02:27 We also have a family.
02:29 I play Vanessa, and Vane, we used to work as a docker and a driver.
02:35 But we just needed to do that because our father was sick.
02:40 We really couldn't get any money for maintenance or for his help.
02:46 But of course, Vane's life changed because she met Elias, Ruru, and Ruru's family,
02:55 Riu's mom, and so on.
02:57 Now, the two siblings are working properly.
03:01 They have a proper job, they have income, and now what's coming out is that Vanessa needs to join a beauty pageant.
03:13 So that when she wins, she can get 30,000 pesos and use that for her partner's maintenance.
03:21 Wow, the story is really fast-paced, right? Very interesting and very fast-paced also.
03:27 I remember we interviewed Mateo when you started taping.
03:32 You have a location, right?
03:34 Were you there when you needed to go to the location?
03:38 I'm here now.
03:39 Actually, we're here in Malacon.
03:42 Elias' house is located in a stilt house because they haven't been able to go down since the early 2000s.
03:55 But people are used to it now, so they can enter their house.
04:00 There are a lot of boats.
04:03 That's how other houses became popular here.
04:08 They are the ones who carry the goods.
04:12 We ride the boats to reach Elias' house.
04:17 So you're used to it now because you've been shooting for 6 months.
04:21 Yes, I'm used to it.
04:23 It's really fun here.
04:25 Especially when you're serious, right?
04:27 Especially when you've been working for a long time.
04:30 It's like you're becoming a second home.
04:33 Because you're with each other almost every day.
04:35 Is this your first time with Ruru?
04:38 Yes, it's our first time working together.
04:42 But last year, we were already working together in a movie, "Videocity".
04:47 That's right!
04:48 But before that, we've known each other since I was 15 or 16 years old.
04:56 But we haven't worked together yet.
04:59 We've been working together for a long time.
05:01 We've worked together before in a dormitory but we have smaller roles.
05:06 So this is very different and very exciting.
05:10 But we've mentioned earlier that Black Rider is a very fast-paced and action-packed movie.
05:16 I mean, it's just the title, right?
05:18 Do you have difficulty doing all the action scenes?
05:22 Or did you have to do extra preparation for all this?
05:25 Bane is a very rebellious person.
05:31 So when someone does something bad to her or her family,
05:36 she'll just go straight for it.
05:39 There's not much technical action.
05:43 I can hear the director.
05:44 Yes, I can hear the action.
05:46 Is Ruru the one who's in the wrong now?
05:48 They're like that.
05:50 Now, I can see all the action scenes that Elias is doing.
05:56 All of our contributors are doing it.
05:59 But do you have your own stunts?
06:01 She's more of a quiet person.
06:04 She's more of a rebellious person.
06:06 But I let her behave when it comes to me.
06:10 I tell her to calm down and relax.
06:13 I don't have anything that's too much.
06:16 Between your character, Bane, and you in real life,
06:20 you said that she's really protecting her family.
06:22 She'll do anything for her family.
06:24 Would you say that this is the greatest similarity between you and your character?
06:28 I think so.
06:29 Especially when it comes to love for the father.
06:32 Because last December, there was a fire.
06:35 Their house was on fire.
06:37 And inside, there was Bane's father.
06:40 His father, Hernan.
06:42 And that's where I really relate to him.
06:44 And of course, my father too for a very long time.
06:47 I know that he was sick for a long time.
06:51 But more than anything, that's what really inspires me to work all the time.
06:57 And to work hard and to provide.
07:00 And that's what I see in similarities with my character.
07:03 How many years in total, Yassie, have you been in the industry?
07:07 From dancing?
07:09 Since I was 14.
07:11 So, 14 years.
07:13 Wow, 14 years.
07:15 But my acting, I was 17.
07:17 So, almost 10.
07:18 Ah, okay.
07:19 But when you first started, when you were 14 years old,
07:22 did you start in the industry out of a desire to help in the family?
07:26 Or you really just wanted to start dancing already at a very early age?
07:30 We started doing commercials when I was 6 years old.
07:34 So, that's when my father, Hans, got old.
07:38 He was around 7.
07:41 He was also retired.
07:43 So, I really needed to be a breadwinner at that time.
07:47 So, since 6 years old, we were doing commercials.
07:50 And that has always been another necessity.
07:55 But we were very lucky that we really wanted to do it in a way to provide.
08:03 So, it never felt like work for you?
08:06 Especially younger.
08:07 Not really.
08:08 Because, of course, you feel like you're just playing.
08:11 And I think for us, we were more of a bonding with our father.
08:14 From school, then we would go to auditions.
08:18 We would follow each other.
08:20 We would go to the catty.
08:22 So, that's one hour we would play in the car.
08:26 We would play card games.
08:28 At that time, there were no UAs yet.
08:30 So, I enjoyed it.
08:31 I was the one who would look at the map.
08:33 You know that?
08:34 It's like you're exploring.
08:37 That's amazing.
08:39 And it was just one hour that Auntie Polo would play the catty.
08:42 If I'm lucky, I can still do it.
08:45 Okay, you can still do it.
08:47 Did you have a difficult time trying to balance school, doing your auditions, doing your commercials?
08:54 Yes.
08:55 It was also difficult, Auntie P.
08:57 There would be a lot of times that, for example, when I was in dance rehearsal before,
09:02 I would bring my books with me.
09:05 I would do my homework, my assignments,
09:08 especially when I had an exam, I had to focus on both.
09:14 Because that's also the thing that I don't want to happen.
09:19 Even though I have a lot of things to do, a lot of things I want to do,
09:22 I really still want to be able to give my 100%,
09:27 or if I can't, at least 90%.
09:29 But I don't want to reach 50-50 in both because I can't do it
09:35 because you're already making the effort to be there, to be present.
09:39 So it takes a lot of time, balance, and focus, and sacrifice.
09:45 So yeah, that was very hard.
09:48 So did you eventually have to do homeschool or you were able to just keep going to school every day?
09:54 I graduated high school at around 14 years old.
09:59 So I'm already 15 full-time.
10:02 Wow, 14 years old, you graduated high school.
10:05 Wow, that's amazing.
10:08 And after that, you're already full-time.
10:10 Aside from your acting, there are so many other things that keep you busy.
10:15 You're also doing a film, we mentioned earlier in one of the clues,
10:18 that you're part of a Filipino-Korean film.
10:21 Can you tell us about that?
10:22 It's very, very new. I had to be super, super excited.
10:26 It's the first Philippine and South Korean collab.
10:30 It's under Ovation Productions, Data Films, of course, and also Parallax.
10:35 We're working with some of the Korean stars, like Simas Grace Park,
10:40 Jewel in the Palace, Sina Bokyun from Infinite,
10:45 and many other Korean stars,
10:49 like director Kim Nam-Hee, director John.
10:52 And we're very, very excited because it's also super action-packed.
10:57 So they're very, very strict with what they can say.
11:01 So that's it. It's called The Guardian,
11:04 and it's going to be released worldwide very next.
11:07 And actually, I auditioned for that role.
11:11 I was so nervous, I said, "I haven't auditioned for a long time."
11:15 It's a nice experience. Very hard because of the language barrier.
11:21 But if our translator is there, it's easier.
11:26 But of course, because they have a lot of translators, I always go around.
11:30 So sometimes, we don't have a translator. We just do hand signals.
11:34 Okay. Will you have to learn some Korean lines also for the film?
11:39 No, not really.
11:41 My role is Sandara.
11:45 She's a very strict person.
11:48 And the story revolves around the love of a family,
11:52 a mother and son who have a really, really strong relationship together.
11:59 And the action sequences also revolve around that.
12:04 Oh, okay. But are you a fan of K-drama?
12:08 Now, actually, I watch more K-dramas.
12:13 Because usually, I watch the music videos.
12:16 They're really good.
12:18 And the artists. I've only watched a few before.
12:22 Like, Gong Da Ka Cha Cha, Flatty Arnie.
12:25 We're both like that.
12:27 Because it was super cute, right?
12:30 Super cute.
12:32 So, what kind of preparations do you have to do for this Filipino-South Korean collaboration?
12:38 It's the same as usual.
12:40 Studying the character, familiarizing with the people that I'm working with.
12:46 Because the relationships of the characters, I think it's important.
12:52 And that's what I like about the Koreans.
12:55 When we get there, it's like, "Oh, you're my best friend."
12:59 "You're this, you're that."
13:02 We try to sit together and bond.
13:05 So that when we get to the set, we have an established relationship.
13:11 But you, will you be shooting abroad?
13:14 The whole film will be shot here at the beach.
13:16 Ah, okay.
13:17 Yes. But everything, all the post-cuts, sound, and editing will all be done in Korea.
13:25 That's great. And I'm sure when the promo comes, you'll go there.
13:28 Yes, I'll go there.
13:29 So for international release, I'm really excited.
13:33 Yes, very, very exciting. Very, very blessed.
13:36 Very, very overwhelmed, actually.
13:39 Because a lot is happening.
13:41 This is the start of the year.
13:43 I'm very, very grateful.
13:45 Yes, lots to look forward to.
13:48 And then you have your other business ventures, like helping influencers with their digital platforms.
13:53 Yes, Miss Mia. We do have a platform right now called Creative Culture.
13:58 So we help brands and influencers connect.
14:02 So that we can give opportunities for influencers to grow.
14:07 And also hopefully help strategize and conceptualize also for campaigns for brands.
14:13 Oh, that's so cool. This is so interesting.
14:15 You also have an off-leash dog park.
14:18 What does that mean?
14:19 So you have a dog park where the dogs can just run free.
14:22 Yes, so it started in 2020 when we had our dog leash company, dog accessories, pet accessories.
14:29 It's called Presidential Paws.
14:31 It's with me, my sister, and my friends.
14:34 And then after that, we opened three off-leash dog parks.
14:39 Two in BGC and one in Makati.
14:42 Wow!
14:43 Dogs at the park.
14:44 Does this mean that you also have your own dogs at home?
14:48 Yes, Miss Mia, I do.
14:50 Actually, I usually bring one of our dogs, Diany.
14:55 But it's raining, so I didn't bring her.
14:58 But I do have six doggies.
15:02 Wow!
15:03 One giant poodle, one dachshund, four American Bullies.
15:07 That's a lot. It's like a zoo.
15:09 Oh, wait. Are your four American Bullies going to have a baby?
15:13 No, no.
15:14 They have different colors.
15:17 Because of the pandemic, we were a bit sad because we lost our daddy.
15:23 But we said, "Let's fill the house with so much love."
15:27 We got it from all of the puppies.
15:29 And they grew up together.
15:32 They became like siblings.
15:34 So, were you fond of pets when you were a kid?
15:39 Yes, actually.
15:41 So, you grew up with a lot of pets in the house?
15:44 Yes.
15:45 For me, the dogs really give me so much joy.
15:49 Even when I'm tired, I see them all when I get home.
15:53 They ask me, "How are you?"
15:56 I feel like my tiredness is gone.
15:58 They really give me so much love.
16:01 So, you're a certified fur mom.
16:04 Yes.
16:05 A fur parent.
16:06 On weekends, we always have features on fur parents, their fur babies.
16:13 We call them "usapang pets."
16:15 They always show us their dogs.
16:17 What are the tricks of a dog or cat?
16:19 Do you have fur babies?
16:21 Do they do special things at home?
16:23 Did you teach them any tricks?
16:25 I just do a roll over.
16:28 Roll over, sit, stay, run.
16:33 I do that.
16:35 I don't force them.
16:37 If they want to dance, they can dance.
16:39 If they want to roll over, they can roll over.
16:42 Okay, you let them be.
16:44 That's so cute.
16:47 Is that why you got the idea of having an off-leash dog park?
16:52 So that even the dogs at home have a place to go?
16:56 Yes.
16:57 I think during the pandemic, a lot of people had a hard time taking their dogs out and using the dogs' energy.
17:05 So, when the dogs are resting, especially those living in the condo,
17:09 that's why we have a location in PGC and Makati with a height story.
17:14 Because sometimes the dogs bite on the carpets or chew on the shoes.
17:22 It's because they can't use their energy.
17:25 It's nice that we got inspired from other countries that always have dog parks
17:31 where the owners would go and they would sit down.
17:34 It's normal for their culture to just read a book there or have a coffee there or meet up with friends.
17:41 The dogs would all just play.
17:43 That's the concept of the dog park.
17:47 Didn't you have a hard time finding a location?
17:50 Because it's hard to find a big open space.
17:54 Yes.
17:55 We were very lucky to be able to partner up with PGC and Makati.
18:00 They found a nice spot for us and we just provided them with the staff.
18:05 And then, some places for the dogs to play around, like some courses.
18:11 It's very simple.
18:12 Super simple, fenced area for the dogs to play.
18:16 Nice!
18:17 Where did you get your business savvy?
18:25 Are COVID-19 vaccines safe?
18:28 What is climate change?
18:31 Because information is crucial, we're giving you all the facts that you need.
18:36 Introducing Need to Know, a weekly explainer series from Jimmy Yusef Public Affairs.
18:45 Here's what you need to know.
18:47 Here's what you need to know.
18:49 Watch Need to Know, available on Jimmy Yusef's Facebook page and our YouTube channel.
18:55 Where did you get your business savvy?
19:00 Maybe ever since I was younger.
19:06 When I was in high school, I went to Thailand one time, to Bangkok.
19:11 I bought some clothes.
19:13 I bought them and I sold them for 100 pesos.
19:17 I think I've always had it in me to keep myself busy.
19:22 I guess, to be into business.
19:24 You know, that's my dream.
19:25 To become a traveler, you'll buy from other countries and when you get here, you'll just sell.
19:29 That's a Chinese style.
19:32 Yes, I really like that.
19:35 So, you sold all the clothes you bought that time?
19:39 Yes, I sold them all.
19:42 That's amazing. But it's hard to deny that you're selling such beautiful things.
19:47 I know, right?
19:48 So, until now, you're very involved in all your businesses.
19:55 Do you really stick to every venture that you're in?
19:59 Yes, since we set everything up in the pandemic, we've been able to have really amazing staff.
20:08 People who are part of the company to get everything rolling and get things working.
20:15 Even with Wave D, our oral hygiene company, where we do toothbrushes, speakers, and toothpaste.
20:22 You can check it all out. I hope you guys love and support it.
20:26 They make people smile.
20:27 From little pieces of me that I love, making people smile for the pets,
20:34 because it's a little piece of my heart. And for mental health, of course, it's very, very important.
20:40 It really affected so many people in the pandemic.
20:44 I feel like it's my way of giving back to everyone.
20:48 Blessings and years and all the experience.
20:53 And my platform, where we're already here to teach a lot of people, what can I do to give back?
21:02 Those are just little pieces of me.
21:04 So now that we're back at work, they can really do it.
21:09 I just come in once a month.
21:13 So all these projects were born during the pandemic?
21:18 Yes, except Wave D. Wave D has been around for around the last six years already.
21:24 Wave D is the?
21:26 It's our oral hygiene company.
21:28 Ah, okay. You have a lot of businesses.
21:31 Wow!
21:33 Do you have a particular favorite?
21:37 Which one is your passion project or your pet project?
21:43 I think the most important one, of course, is the one for mental health.
21:49 Since 2021, we've been able to help a lot, over thousands of employees for big companies.
21:57 So we provide them with online sessions so they can help in case they're going through a rough time.
22:05 So I think that's the most impactful for the community and for the Philippines.
22:11 Actually, it's not really very common here in the country to have something like MindYou,
22:18 where companies actually provide this service.
22:21 So would you say that you're able to help grow awareness in the country through MindYou?
22:30 We hope so. We hope so.
22:31 I think that was one of the biggest struggles that we had starting out, is to really end the stigma.
22:37 And until now, we continue to say that.
22:40 And we also kind of show numbers, even if it's difficult to see.
22:46 Because just to be serious for a bit, the suicide rates of the country went up really, really high,
22:52 especially in 2020, 2021.
22:54 And it's very, very alarming.
22:56 Most of it is from the youth.
22:58 So it's very difficult growing up now with this age of social media and the pressure around seeing everybody else's lives.
23:07 And sometimes if you kind of focus on everybody else, you kind of make your life smaller.
23:13 When there's so much beauty in your life, there's so much light in your life.
23:17 And sometimes we need to shut off everything else to kind of appreciate this special life that we have.
23:24 And that kind of takes awareness.
23:27 And people need reminders too, because it's so normal for us to continuously feed off of what social media is giving us
23:36 and all of the externals of life.
23:40 So we hope that we continue to raise awareness about it.
23:44 And check up on your friends.
23:47 Call a friend.
23:48 To anyone listening right now, check up on the people that you love.
23:50 Tell them that you love them and they are here.
23:53 They are valued.
23:54 So little things.
23:56 Ikaw, Bayasi, did you personally have or face any particular difficulties during the pandemic?
24:03 Yes, at UP. Super!
24:05 We lost our father during that time.
24:08 And it was also the beginning of something that nobody could really understand at that time.
24:14 And we were all really lazy.
24:17 We were all very, very lost.
24:19 And it's hard because a lot of people lost their people.
24:22 But for me, that was my rock.
24:25 That was my everything.
24:26 And it was kind of taken away from me.
24:29 So I was completely lost.
24:32 But at the same time, I still had the blessing of having work.
24:37 And for me, I know that my dad would have been proud if I continued.
24:42 So there was that struggle of anybody that goes through grief or loss,
24:46 really have, like, you don't want to do anything, you're just doing nothing with everything.
24:51 But slowly, you pick yourself up again.
24:54 And you try to see that there's more to life.
24:58 So that was very, very, very rough.
25:01 But it's great to see that you're back on your feet and trying to help others as part of the process.
25:09 Because not a lot of people are able to do that in maybe a short span of time.
25:15 It takes a while.
25:17 And sometimes, of course, when you focus on yourself, you forget to try and channel help towards others.
25:24 So it's great to see that you're able to do that for other people.
25:27 Thank you, Anthe.
25:29 It's overwhelming sometimes, actually.
25:32 Very, very overwhelming.
25:33 But I'm very happy.
25:36 I'm very blessed.
25:37 And it keeps me busy.
25:39 And for my mental state, I think it's important that I stay busy.
25:44 Busy is good.
25:46 There's a good kind of busy.
25:48 There's an overwhelming kind of busy.
25:50 But if you strike the right balance, you'll be perfectly okay.
25:54 Perfectly okay is tough.
25:55 But at least okay.
25:57 At least okay.
25:58 It's a bit hard to say perfectly okay.
26:01 So our goal is okay.
26:04 The good okay.
26:05 Anthe, how are you doing today?
26:07 Thank you for asking.
26:08 You know what?
26:09 You asking me is actually kind of refreshing because normally, we ask people, "How are you?"
26:14 But just as a greeting and not in the middle of the conversation to really check how a person is doing.
26:20 So thanks for asking.
26:21 Are you doing okay today, Yassie?
26:25 I'm okay, Ate.
26:28 I'm excited to be back on the set today.
26:31 But you, I'm still here.
26:33 I'm okay.
26:35 Thanks for asking.
26:36 I'm happy because I can hear behind you in the background.
26:41 I can imagine what's going on.
26:44 And I can also hear that there are pets also there.
26:47 That's not your dog with you, or is it?
26:49 No, not today.
26:51 My dog is Ash, a little brown dachshund.
26:55 Ah, okay.
26:56 Because I can feel the good vibes coming off of your screen.
27:01 Because it's like your vibe is so happy.
27:05 Because sometimes you can tell if it's a heavy scene.
27:09 Everything on set is heavy.
27:11 But for you, even if it sounds like someone is fighting in the back,
27:14 it's like you're happy inside the tent.
27:16 I'm used to it.
27:18 We're laughing and thinking, "Oh, they're fighting."
27:21 And right after the cut, they're already fighting.
27:24 Yes, of course.
27:26 That fast?
27:28 Well, Yassie, I know it's a busy day for you.
27:33 So thanks for taking time out to be with us.
27:35 We won't keep you too long because we know you'll be called back on set in a bit.
27:40 But before we let you go, because we have a little time,
27:43 we prepared a short game.
27:44 There's a short game here.
27:46 Let me just go through the mechanics.
27:48 I'll read it.
27:50 Because Yassie is a risk taker, she'll be part of these challenges.
27:54 Okay.
27:55 What you'll say is—we won't make you do the actual challenge.
27:58 Okay?
27:59 But you'll just say if you'll do it or not.
28:02 So if you'll do it, I'll say, "Yes, girl!"
28:05 But if you won't do it, "Pass, girl!"
28:09 I'll try.
28:10 Okay.
28:11 Alright.
28:12 Eating exotic food.
28:14 Yes, girl!
28:16 You can do it!
28:17 Quick answer.
28:18 You'll do a role.
28:20 Yes, girl.
28:23 But the curls, it's a waste of curls, girl.
28:26 It's hard.
28:27 But if it's worth it or like an impactful role,
28:31 I can imagine—I can think of it quickly.
28:33 I can think of the role right away.
28:35 Yeah, for sure.
28:37 Especially if it's for, say, like for "Ganser" or something.
28:41 That's very impactful.
28:44 Okay.
28:45 But have you ever had to do anything similar in the past?
28:48 No, right?
28:49 Not that extreme.
28:51 Okay.
28:52 Just a haircut?
28:53 Yes, up to here.
28:55 Just like that.
28:56 Ah, okay.
28:57 Short, too.
28:58 Not as short as yours, actually.
29:00 Yes, a little longer.
29:01 A little longer.
29:02 You know, I was looking at your curls earlier.
29:05 Your curls are so beautiful.
29:07 Thank you.
29:08 When you wake up, it's already like that.
29:10 Yes.
29:11 It's beautiful.
29:12 I'm so happy.
29:14 Okay, next.
29:15 Are you excited to do extravagant things for love?
29:20 Yes.
29:21 Yes, girl.
29:22 I'm still the same.
29:23 Yes.
29:24 You wouldn't be ashamed to do grand gestures in public?
29:29 No.
29:30 Nice.
29:32 I was super-lover.
29:33 Wow.
29:34 Have you ever done anything like that?
29:36 Grand gesture in public?
29:38 In my own way.
29:39 Ah, okay.
29:40 Okay.
29:41 So, you wouldn't be ashamed to do that for your loved one.
29:45 No.
29:46 How about this?
29:48 Drop everything to help a friend or a loved one?
29:51 Yes, girl.
29:52 You wouldn't pass that, right?
29:55 Of course.
29:56 How about blindly saying yes to an opportunity?
29:59 If it's with the people that I trust, yes.
30:03 Yes.
30:04 I think things like that are really exciting for me.
30:08 As long as I know that I won't be left behind, I'm excited to do things like that.
30:13 For example, "Just close your eyes, meet me here.
30:17 We're gonna do something that you don't need to know."
30:20 I like that.
30:21 I'm surprised.
30:23 It's like a show-and-tell.
30:25 Yes.
30:28 Exactly.
30:29 Expect the unexpected.
30:31 Yes.
30:32 How about this?
30:34 If you're confident in this, say yes.
30:38 Travel alone to somewhere you've never been?
30:40 I've done that.
30:41 Where did you go?
30:42 For the first time, I went to El Nido.
30:45 I was so lonely at that time.
30:49 I traveled there alone just to explore and to think.
30:55 I think the country is so beautiful.
30:58 We don't need to go to other countries.
31:01 But your question is about other countries, right?
31:03 No, just travel alone anywhere.
31:05 Yes.
31:06 How long were you in El Nido?
31:08 It was quick.
31:09 I was there for 3 days.
31:11 Just enough to recharge.
31:13 Yes, a quick getaway.
31:15 Nice.
31:16 I've never done that.
31:17 Travel alone.
31:18 A vacation.
31:19 For work, yes.
31:20 But vacation?
31:21 It's liberating.
31:23 You're just learning everything on your own.
31:27 Every step of the way.
31:28 I like to be with other people at that time.
31:33 Even if I'm independent.
31:35 I'm independent in a providing way.
31:38 But I want someone that's physically there all the time.
31:41 So being completely alone was a challenge for me.
31:45 But it was really nice because you become your own frog.
31:49 That's so cool.
31:52 I was going to say, you were alone for 3 days.
31:55 Is that right?
31:56 My tour guides are like that.
31:58 Full of hotel.
32:00 That's it.
32:02 That's so cool.
32:03 I'm sure everyone wants to talk to you.
32:06 This is the last one.
32:10 Go back in time and change something.
32:13 If I could only go back in time, I would.
32:16 But to change anything, I wouldn't.
32:18 Because I believe that everything happens for a reason.
32:24 I also believe in the butterfly effect really hard.
32:27 There's this book, "Mitch Album",
32:29 "The 5 People You Meet in Heaven"
32:31 that explains even the smallest drop of this leaf here.
32:36 If it stops here, a car would pass by.
32:39 You'd get hit.
32:40 You know, just the butterfly effect.
32:44 Everything affects everything in the future.
32:47 Maybe even if I don't understand something right now,
32:51 in the future, I'd say, "Ah, okay. That's why."
32:55 So beautifully said.
32:57 Thank you so much, Yessie.
33:00 Thank you for taking time out to be with us.
33:03 I'm sure all your supporters, all your fans,
33:06 they want to know what is keeping you busy.
33:09 They see this, of course, on your social media.
33:11 But perhaps you'd like to invite them to continue watching "Black Rider"
33:15 because "Black Rider" is so intense.
33:19 Yes, super.
33:21 Thank you so much to all the viewers of "Black Rider".

33:45 So thank you so much for watching "Black Rider".
33:49 See you again tonight.
