00:00 North-East Monsoon of Amihan is still warming up here in the northern part of Luzon.
00:05 While in the remaining part of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, it is still hot and rainy because of Easter Leaves or the wind from the Pacific Ocean.
00:14 Based on our latest satellite animation, they can see that our skies are clean inside and around the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
00:23 And there is no storm or low-pressure area that will enter until the weekend.
00:28 Today, because of the cold weather, the part of Luzon that is cloudy and sunny is still expected to be sunny.
00:33 Here in Ilocos Region, Cordillera Region and Cagayan Valley, it is the end of the North-East Monsoon or the wind from Mainland Asia.
00:40 So there is a cold weather.
00:42 When the weekend comes, the weather is still fresh.
00:44 Then when the afternoon comes until the evening, there will be isolated light rains only or dry and weak rain.
00:52 To our fellowmen here in Central Luzon, Southern Luzon and Metro Manila, the skies are partly cloudy until cloudy within the next 24 hours because of Easter Leaves.

01:05 Here in Aurora, Quezon Province and a large part of Bicol Region, as well as Oriental Mindoro and Marinduque, there will be isolated rain or localized thunderstorms.

04:29 Then here in the western and central Visayas, the eastern list is affected the most by the hot weather and the cold weather,
04:36 especially here in Metro Cebu, where the temperature can reach 31 degrees Celsius when the weekend comes.
04:43 While in the western portion of Visayas, the other side of Iluili City and here in Boracay, the chances of rain are low.
04:50 Lastly, for our fellow citizens in Mindanao, the chances of rain are high.
04:54 Tomorrow morning, we will repeat it here in the Caraga region and nearby places, here in Davao region and northern Mindanao.
05:01 Then the eastern list will be affected again on Saturday and Sunday here in Davao region and nearby places in Caraga and Soxargen.
