00:00 J.S. Boulden is the production director here at Sloan's Nissan plant. Why are we here today?
00:04 So we're really excited today to unveil the new Juke.
00:08 It's been six years since we have built the Juke in yellow and we've heard from our customers
00:13 Where is the yellow? Everyone remembers how iconic that car was and so we're bringing it back.
00:19 With the new Juke we're also unveiling a whole host of new safety features as well as an improved interior.
00:26 So premium seats, a bigger screen with new infotainment and other features that we know our customers want.
00:33 And it seems to have attracted a lot of attention from the staff here. What's the reaction been on the shop floor?
00:38 Excited. As you know in November we unveiled two new models as part of our EV360 plan
00:45 And those are electric vehicles that will be further in the future
00:49 But this is one of the intermediate steps to update our model lineup, keep things fresh
00:54 Near term and the staff's very excited to be part of this launch.
00:57 And how important is it to keep refreshing the models?
00:59 Incredibly important. We want to satisfy our customer demands
01:02 We want to defy the ordinary, be a little different than everyone else in the automotive industry
01:07 And we hope this Juke will do just that.
