00:00 Well it is a cold and rainy day here in London but that won't bother the VIPs
00:05 I'm visiting today and when I say VIPs I mean very important penguins. Yep that's
00:12 right London Zoo has invited us down to check out their upcoming penguin keeper
00:16 experience. When you arrive you're greeted by a professional and wellied up.
00:24 Jess at London Zoo was amazing and gave us so many interesting facts about these
00:30 penguins who you could tell were a big fan of her as well. Once we had our
00:36 wellies on we headed out to Penguin Beach, grabbed a broom and scrubbed up
00:40 some algae and a little bit of penguin poo as well but that was alright because
00:45 we did make lots of furry friends while we were out there. Now just a word of
00:49 warning if you are planning to wear a black coat and a white scarf you are at
00:54 a slight risk of looking like the penguins mum and they will not leave you
00:58 alone. Christina who was on the experience with me today found out the
01:02 hard way or the easy way I think she enjoyed it quite a lot actually. In fact
01:05 next time I come I'm definitely wearing a black coat and a white scarf as well.
01:11 Once we'd scrubbed up the beach we headed back inside to prepare some food
01:19 for the penguins lunchtime. Then back out in time for feeding. This really is an
01:27 amazing experience that is open for the public to book right now from March the
01:32 8th onwards. Prices start from £115 per person and a small intimate group of
01:38 four can get to visit these 70 penguins. All the money goes back into the
01:43 conservation as well for these animals and for all the work that London Zoo does
01:48 here. Well what a day out but right now I'm off for a shower as I've touched way
01:53 too much fish for the day. For more on this and what's on around London head to
