Former US President Donald Trump has endorsed his daughter-in-law, Lara Trump, to take a leadership position within the Republican National Committee. Trump voiced his support for Lara Trump and Michael Whatley, chair of North Carolina's Republican party, to replace Ronna McDaniel as the head of the RNC if she steps down from her current role. Lara Trump is married to Trump's son Eric. In his endorsement, Trump praised Lara's talents and said she is dedicated to advancing his "Make America Great Again" agenda.
