Barock Project was born in 2003 and aims to combine classical music (mainly baroque), rock and a little jazz, supported by a pop structure, to update the beloved progressive rock of the 70s. The project leader is keyboardist Luca Zabbini, a pianist and composer with a passion for the famous keyboardist Keith Emerson (ELP). In the summer of 2004, the young bassist Giambattista Giorgi, drummer Giacomo Calabria and the voice of Luca Pancaldi joined the group.
