00:00 A man was arrested in Taytay, Rizal after his neighbor's motorcycle was stolen.
00:05 The incident was caught on camera.
00:07 This is the news of Bam Alegre.
00:09 The man was caught on CCTV.
00:14 He was walking around Batasan 1 in Barangay San Juan, Taytay, Rizal.
00:19 Later, he approached a motorcycle and stole it.
00:23 When the CCTV saw it, it looked like the owner of the motorcycle was the one who stole it.
00:27 So the police conducted a follow-up operation.
00:29 Immediately, he called the city chairman of their barangay.
00:35 The city chairman reviewed the CCTV of the barangay.
00:42 That's when they recognized the suspect, who is also a neighbor of the complainant.
00:51 After the suspect was arrested, he saw the motorcycle hidden in a garbage can.
00:56 The suspect defended himself, saying that he did not intend to steal the motorcycle.
00:59 I used the motorcycle that I stole in front of our house.

01:07 No, because the lock of the motorcycle was broken.
