00:00 [Phone ringing]
00:01 Your entry in Monday and Wednesday Lotto
00:05 has won a Division 1 share of $1 million!
00:09 $1 million!
00:10 [Cheering]
00:14 You're giving someone the best use of their life
00:17 and your every day is someone's best day.
00:20 What's that like?
00:22 It certainly is a really rewarding job.
00:25 It's amazing being a part of these life-changing phone calls
00:29 with everyday, ordinary Australian families
00:32 who had no idea that their life was about to be flipped upside down in an instant.
00:37 I can't believe that!
00:39 I'm just getting all emotional.
00:41 I don't even win a raffle.
00:43 I have such had a good feeling about that ticket.
00:46 We often do also hear winners almost pass out.
00:49 Sometimes we wonder if they're still on the other end of the line
00:53 and we've had times where we might have had to call 000
00:58 but thankfully not as yet.

01:02 On average I might have a winner hang up on me
01:06 maybe about four times a week
01:08 but then eventually they'll call back and they'll apologise profusely
01:12 and yeah it's just part of the job I guess.
01:15 [Music]
01:21 A brand new set of teeth,
01:22 Dyson vacuum,
01:24 even RM William boots
01:26 and a leather jacket
01:28 so it really comes down to the nitty-gritty.
01:31 The total Division One prize pool if won is a history-making $200 million.
01:37 [Music]
01:42 But if I was to win Lotto I would love to hire a private chef
01:46 and for all those times I thought I could try unique recipes
01:50 and failed and almost burnt the house down
01:53 so that's probably what I would do
01:55 and then think about all the other exciting life-changing dreams.
01:58 Do you think you'd go back to work after Smoko?
02:01 No I'm walking out right now.
