00:39 Tell me about the Canberra flavor and how that came to be.

00:43 So through the last two weeks, we

00:45 have so many ideas, funny, and content

00:50 as well in social media.

00:53 And at the end, we just realized that the most famous flavor,

00:59 it was the water seeds and the honey.

01:02 So that was for us the first starting point

01:08 to create our gelato flavor.

01:11 And we tried to different recipe for water seeds.

01:17 And we found a beautiful local Canberra honey.

01:22 And we tried to put it together.

01:27 And something come up very nicely.

01:30 And then we decide to add even macadamia

01:35 as a flavor that complements very, very well

01:39 with the other ingredients.

01:41 And a raspberry as well.

01:45 This is like balance out the sweetness of the flavors.

01:50 And what does it like?

01:52 Are you enjoying the taste of it?

01:54 Yes, from the first time, let me say,

01:56 there's something magical.

01:58 Yes.

01:59 Coming up, and I was missing something.

02:03 And then we decide to add some crunch as well.

02:06 And we were very, at the end, we were very, very

02:09 happy about the result. And we straight away

02:13 put up some cones and enjoy.
