00:00 Let's switch gears and talk a little football now because the big game is
00:03 Less than a week away in Las Vegas, Nevada and Bernie Raynaud and AccuWeather long-range expert Joe Lundberg are
00:10 Looking ahead to that weekend to see what to expect weather-wise
00:14 Let's talk about the weather this weekend as we head up to the big game on Sunday
00:20 Yeah, let's do that and let's take a look at the national map and on Saturday
00:24 I think the biggest concern will be in the south and the east is gonna be near Joe
00:27 I I mixed up the graphics here. That's my bad. Let's start with Saturday
00:32 All right Saturday
00:33 Like I said the area of concern is going to be in the south and east is going to be some sort of low-pressure
00:36 Area that'll be trying to get organized and it's gonna spread some showers
00:40 We think across parts of the south and up into the mid-atlantic and northeast doesn't look like any this is gonna be all that that
00:46 Significant you're gonna start to finally dry out in the West
00:49 There will be some snow showers here in the in the Rockies, but I don't think they'd be terribly significant
00:54 They should all that should be moving away from the Las Vegas area middle part of the country generally cooler
00:58 Than what you've been seeing for the first half of the week still above normal
01:03 But it doesn't look like it's gonna be all that cold at this point of time gets a little colder for Sunday again
01:08 Sunshine will prevail I think in much of California and in Las Vegas the east keep an eye on this area of low pressure
01:15 In fact, it's something you and I are gonna be talking about later this week Bernie and a longer range segment
01:19 I think it's gonna be the impetus for change in the way
01:22 I've had it and bring more cold air in the mode into a good part of the country for the second half of February
01:27 Let's talk about the game. Of course. This is indoors, but outdoors doing any tailgating Joe as you said, I think it's quite the cool
01:33 Absolutely a temperature is only in the 50s during the day
01:36 But again, very comfortable here outside doing some tailgating before the game and then as the game wears on temperature will cool toward 50 degrees
01:43 But again, it's an inside game. So now the weather outside is kind of inconsequential shall we say but at least it won't be raining
01:49 And it just goes to show don't make fun of Taylor Swift at any time
01:52 I I wasn't positive and the graphics were all messed up because of that. All right
