02:07 And as we have said, we want to see that process

02:10 take place in a way that facilitates broad participation

02:14 with respect for freedom of expression,

02:16 assembly and associations.

02:19 We have concerns of the all incidents of violence

02:23 and restrictions on media freedom,

02:25 freedom of expression, including internet freedom,

02:28 and peaceful assembly and association.

02:31 We're concerned by some of the infringements

02:33 that we've seen in that space.

02:35 Pakistanis deserve to exercise their fundamental right

02:38 to choose their future leaders

02:41 through free and fair elections

02:42 without fear, violence or intimidation.

02:44 it is ultimately for the people of Pakistan to decide their political future.
