A craft shop found an unusual way to recruit new staff - by releasing a singing and dancing job ad on TikTok.
Hobbycraft Wimbledon store manager, Andrew Morgan, 40, roped in his colleagues to perform a tongue-in-cheek advertisement for a new team leader at the branch.
In the funny video the employees can be seen dancing around the store to Little Mix's 'Salute' - which features the words "listen up, we're looking for recruits" - while sharing details about the role.
Andrew has been getting his team members to film TikTok videos around the shop since 2022.
They found fame after recreating Kylie Minogue's music video for her song 'Padam Padam' in a video which racked up 817k views.
Before they posted the latest job ad clip, Andrew had two applicants for the position but he's since had 38 people apply.
During the interview process, Andrew admits asking applicants if they have seen the TikTok videos - and says most say they have.
Andrew, from Northolt, West London, said: "It's something different.
"I haven't seen anyone advertise a vacancy through TikTok.
"We'll do it again."
Andrew says the team have so much fun recording them.
He said: "You can hear laughing from the other side of the store."
"It has bought us together as a team.
"What you see is what you get."
Andrew says viewers can sense the camaraderie between the team and says they "have a real laugh" each time they film.
"We want to show that Hobbycraft is so much more than a craft shop - it's is an old brand so we wanted to inject some youth," he said.
Andrew added: "It is a really lovely place to work.
The team's TikTok videos have racked up 16 million views in total, two million likes and they have 34,000 followers.
Andrew says the team get noticed by locals - adding "in the store it happens a lot - sometimes 25 times a day."
