Children's Minister David Johnson said he is confident thousands of parents will benefit from the government's rollout of free childcare hours in April. Mr Johnson said he is working closely with local authorities to ensure the scheme reaches all parts of the country. "We've already seen 102,000 parents come forward to get the codes to be able to claim this childcare," he added.
