00:00 So you may have seen Lauren and I mixing it up before.
00:03 It was just us putting the, mixing the Greyfus with the gin.
00:07 So the gin's going to act as a preservative for the Greyfus,
00:10 otherwise it's only going to last...
00:11 How long will it be yet? Where is...
00:13 About a month, we're saying.
00:14 Yeah. Oh, without the gin.
00:16 Oh, sorry, about two weeks.
00:17 Yeah, so not long at all.
00:20 So, essentially, now that it's pre-mixed,
00:24 we can just chuck it straight into the cocktail.
00:26 So, in total, we're going to have 30ml of the No. 8 dry gin.
00:33 We're going to have 90ml of that Semillon juice.
00:37 We've got a touch of sugar syrup in there, only about 10ml.
00:41 And then 20ml of fresh lime juice.
00:43 Basically, we get so many flavours
00:46 from all of those beautiful ingredients
00:49 that we don't really need to add too much.
00:51 (CLANGING)
00:53 No pressure, David. Everything happens on your device.
01:02 Sorry. (LAUGHTER)

01:14 Ready for a cocktail.
01:24 It's the right type of morning pro, Michael.
01:28 Wrong type of morning pro?
01:29 I said it's the right type of morning pro.
01:30 Absolutely.
01:31 I'm sorry, I'm going to leave it and look sexy.
01:35 It's beautiful, isn't it?
01:37 You've all tried it? Absolutely.
01:39 How many have you been talking about?
01:41 Uh, a dozen. (LAUGHTER)
01:43 Actually, not a...
01:45 Fresh lime in there to garnish, and away we go.
01:47 This one's right. Thanks, David.
