00:30 We're working on getting the best guy in here for the job.

00:34 And a guy who has a vision, a guy who's gonna call the plays,

00:39 a guy who's gonna be able to coach quarterback in the same sense there.

00:44 So it's just about getting the right guy and then we'll decide where that goes.

00:50 But I'm hiring him to do a job and to be in charge of the offense.
