00:00 we are going to react to my favorite Papa Roach song, "Scars." This is a special version though,
00:08 live with Daughtry. We're going to talk more about the song, the performance, and I will link the
00:15 original performance in the description along with information, tour dates, merch, all of their stuff
00:23 in the description. So with that being said, let's effing go!
00:30 Love this song, man.
00:44 Oh!
00:52 Great!
01:07 Oh!
01:11 Sounds great!
01:35 Perfect too!
01:44 Sounds great!
02:02 Here we go!
02:08 Oh!
02:14 Oh!
02:20 Oh!
02:26 Oh!
02:32 Oh!
02:38 Screaming!
02:52 Crazy!
02:58 I'm out of breath.
03:04 I'm out of breath.
03:10 Oh!
03:16 Oh!
03:44 Oh!
03:50 That was so dope!
04:10 That was dope!
04:14 Let me know what you think though, I'm not here to sell you nothing.
04:16 Thank you so much!
04:18 So I want you to let me know right now in the comments, how do you feel about it?
04:22 Fucking awesome, man! I love that shit!
04:24 Yeah, that was sick!
04:26 Great song, great song. I know a lot of people say like "Last Resort," which is a classic, right?
04:32 Deep meaning to them. We did do a reaction and we did a really cool video where we compared the cover that Ronnie did, "Falling in Reverse" did.
04:45 We did like a kind of like a comparison going back to both versions. It's such a dope video and I worked really hard on it.
04:54 I hope you guys watch that if you're a fan of Papa Roach. But all in all, just really cool to see two amazing artists on stage collabing.
05:05 I think that's just really dope. And I've noticed in the past, we've even seen that during the Blue Ridge Rock Festival that just passed, which was a complete shit show.
05:18 You see the guys from Papa Roach collabing with Shinedown and Oliver Anthony and a bunch of other people.
05:29 Because there were so many people just stranded, there was nothing going on and they literally went to the campsite and performed.
05:37 So I love the vibe, just the love of music and just all coming together. Artists just loving to perform and effing performing.
05:46 So, salute, I got to tip my hat when it comes down to it. I'm a little bit under the weather.
05:53 So, you know, I'm a little stuffy and my voice may be a little extra raspy. It may not. I may just be paranoid, paranoia, paranoia.
06:03 But all in all, I've always loved this song. I remember when I was first hearing this song, I was dealing with a relationship that was like, basically like this song.
06:15 Like it was basically describing what I was going through with it, you know, and like, you know, like, what the F am I doing?
06:23 Like, I'm trying to do whatever I can, but this person ain't even helping themselves.
06:29 And, you know, it's like sometimes you could be with someone and really dig them.
06:34 But if they're not going to help themselves after a while, like you got to think about yourself. Right.
06:41 We have to put ourselves first. I mean, at a point, you know, like I will put myself before others that are deserving of it, you know, but you can't help the people that are not wanting help. Right.
06:59 And you could try and try and try. But if they're not going to fix themselves, you know, you you got to fucking move on eventually. Right.
07:09 So, you know, this song came out right when I was dealing with some shit like that.
07:15 And I have had that situation happen again in my life. And this song just when I hear it, I feel like the mother effer is singing about me and shit and what I've dealt with with prior relationships.
07:32 So big connection to the song. I think a lot of us probably have that connection to this song that are very fond and are just like big fans of the song "Scars".
07:45 Performance, though, was great. I got nothing really else to say.
07:51 Maybe we'll hear them in the studio recording a song together. I would hope maybe, you know, I'm sure they they're on tour.
07:59 I'm sure they got studios around them or maybe in the tour bus. Let's get a collaboration song.
08:05 But the song is available to stream on pretty sure all like, you know, iTunes and Spotify and all of that.
08:14 It's on their YouTube channel also. They released an official recording five days ago, but I wanted to watch the live performance on their YouTube.
08:23 So that's all linked in the description. I'm a link that I'm a link the original song is there's some people that may never have heard that song.
08:30 There may be some young people that never heard that song.
08:33 Some people watch these videos and they're just into straight up like, you know, thrash metal or death metal or death core or hip hop.
08:42 And they get introduced to other types of vibes. And they're like, you know what? I really like that song.
08:47 The original is phenomenal. Check out the original song. And that's all I got for today.
08:52 I'm Delz. Thank you so much for tuning in. Let me fix my string. So I'm looking fresh to death like a million bucks, baby.
08:59 And we've been here for a little bit over a year. Last week was our anniversary. It's an anniversary.
09:08 So thank you to everyone that's tuned in. Thank you to all the bands that allow us to react to their music, especially Metallica.
09:16 Metallica is super cool. Falling in Reverse has always allowed us to. We've only reacted to Papa Roach, well twice.
09:28 Twice we have and we've always gotten the green light. So let's knock on wood that we get the green light again.
09:36 And if there's any songs you'd like me to react to, if I heard them already, we'll do a live version.
09:43 But what's your favorite Papa Roach song? If it's not Scars and Last Resort, there's so many good songs.
09:51 But let me know some of your favorites. I'm reading all the comments. I love reading them.
09:56 This channel I created to just connect with other people that are effing obsessed with music like I am.
10:04 So that's all I got, man. Thank you, guys. Follow me on Twitter. I was going to say Twitter, but it's @xandinstagram@djdelz.
10:15 And thank you guys once again. Have a great day. And hey, strong message on this song.
10:21 You know, you can only do so much, right, to help someone. They got to try to fix themselves, even if they're doing a little bit.
10:29 Then it's OK. But if you're trying and trying and trying and they're just, you know, toxic as f*** all the time,
10:39 then you're just you're wasting yourself. You got to make yourself a priority. Right. You do. It's very important.
10:49 Love y'all. Click one of these boxes. That one, that one, that one, that one.
