00:07 A man was talking on his cell phone while walking in this part of the U.P. campus in Quezon City.

00:16 A few minutes passed and the man was already running away from the place.

00:21 This motorcycle rider was even more furious as if he was waiting for someone.

00:26 A few minutes later, the man was already running away and suddenly he jumped out of the motorcycle.

00:32 He was already holding something in his left hand.

00:34 At the same time, another motorcycle jumped out of the motorcycle and two men jumped out of it.

00:39 In another angle of the CCTV, four men were seen riding the two motorcycles.

00:46 According to the police, the group stole a parcel of a delivery rider.

00:51 The victim was about to deliver it to one of the suspects.

00:55 Someone booked a parcel worth P3,000 from him.

00:59 The delivery rider was delivering it to the area.

01:02 When he arrived at the area, he found someone waiting for him in a group.

01:07 So he stole the parcel and declared a hold up.

01:13 The police arrested three of the four men in Barangay Cruz, who were friends.

01:19 In the investigation, the group was previously under the supervision of the snatching group.

01:25 Now, they are involved in what is called a theft parcel modus.

01:27 This is the third time that the suspects have done this.

01:30 Once the item is delivered, they will scare the delivery rider that the parcel is not paying because this parcel is cash on delivery.

01:40 But there is no actual payment that will happen.

01:48 The parcel was not recovered but the two motorcycles used were recovered.

01:52 Two of the suspects were previously jailed for drugs while one was previously charged with theft.
