00:22 immediately confronted the man in the video, Bishop Antonio Tobias.

00:26 Bishop Tobias is the reason why Father Alfonso Valleza, the parish administrator, was arrested.

00:34 He was even pushed by the bishop and the parishioner, Lydia de la Cruz.
