But have you ever tried baking your asparagus to make a delicious puff pastry starter? A crunchy-melting recipe that will be absolutely perfect accompanied by a salad for a complete meal! You'll love the melting mozzarella, the delicacy of prosciutto and the crispy puff pastry!

Ingredients:
- 1 squared puff pastry
- 6 slices prosciutto
- 3 oz grated mozzarella
- 1 egg
- 1 bunch of green asparagus
- 1 Tbsp olive oil

- pepper
