Udon Noodles Soup With Teriyaki Veggies

INGREDIENTS-
TERIYAKI SAUCE-
* soy sauce and sugar
* Red chilli flakes
* Spring onions green
* Vinegar and Hot sesame oil
* Chilli garlic sauce
* Black pepper and sesame seeds
Mix everything together except hot sesame oil. Heat sesame oil and add this to mixture and enjoy sizzle.
* boiled udon noodles
* Onion chopped
* 1 cup mushroom chopped
* Half cup grated carrot
* Ginger garlic paste and Sesame oil
* Salt, black pepper
* Half cup spring, onion greens
* One cup thick, coconut milk
* 2 teaspoons cornstarch slurry
* Half cup soya chunks soaked in coconut milk for half an hour
* 1 tablespoon peanuts
* Half half cup of spring, onion greens
* Purple and white cabbage half cup
* Capsicum half cup chopped
* Chilli oil to garnish
* Roasted and ground peanut to garnish
* Spring onion greens to garnish
Teriyaki veggies— salt, capsicum, cabbage and spring onion, greens with salt, black pepper and chilli garlic sauce. When done to this teriyaki sauce. Combine together nicely.
Mushroom and soy chunks stock—-
Sauté onion, ginger, garlic paste, mushroom, carrots and spring onion greens in butter. To this add coconut milk and soya chunks soaked in coconut milk. Season with salt and black pepper. finish with corn star and simmer for a minute.
Assembling-
Assemble everything as shown in the video and enjoy hot.
