A motorist had a miraculous escape after their vehicle became stuck on a railway crossing - and was hit by a freight train.
Footage shows the car stuck on the railway crossing at Little Collier Road and Collier Road in Monroe County, Georgia, USA.
As the oncoming train is heard honking its horn in the distance, the driver manages to flee seconds before the collision, which sends the car flying several meters away.
According to the Monroe County Sherriff's Office, the car stalled at the crossing on December 9 and the driver was forced to abandon it.
There were no reports of injuries.
