Often ordered at the restaurant, make your steak tartare yourself now! An ultra easy and fast recipe since it won’t take any cooking time:-) An even better dish when it’s homemade and served with crispy, soft baked fries.

- 1 oz capers
- 2 oz pickles
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 3 egg yolks
