00:19 citizenship and on the Union. It seems that the latest recruit is the Chairman

00:23 of the Northern Ireland Affairs Committee who only this week has told

00:27 BBC that unionists should get back into Stormont because constitutional issues

00:32 are the responsibility of the EU and that the Irish government in any

00:38 settlement would have a say in the future of Northern Ireland. Can the

00:43 Secretary of State confirm that this Conservative unionist government has not

00:48 handed constitutional control of Northern Ireland to the EU and that the

00:53 Chairman of the Northern Ireland Affairs Committee has either become an overzealous

00:57 advocate of the scourge tactics or is talking through his hat and seeing through his briefers?

01:14 to do to increase his popularity in this house. I think as ever the Honourable
