00:00 I mean it's the question on everyone's lips isn't it? I mean you can't avoid it, you flick
00:05 through social media, that's basically all anyone's saying in the comments. In a nutshell,
00:10 the two reasons are one, that Everton and Forrest, their cases are very cut and dry,
00:15 it's one charge and therefore it's a very simple, easy process to sort. Manchester City
00:22 are 115 charges, it takes a lot longer to sort that and to get through it. And the other
00:27 big difference is Manchester City are denying that they have done anything wrong. In their
00:33 eyes they're completely innocent of the charges, therefore they are fighting and fighting against
00:37 those charges. Whereas Everton and Forrest actually, I think their guilt is pretty much
00:42 already being decided that they are guilty of the charges, it's just now determining
00:47 a punishment that befits that, I was going to say crime, that's probably the wrong word,
00:53 but the charges that have been levelled at them. So yeah, that's the big sticking point.
