01:25 that's just going to be near impossible if you want to do a proper recruitment process.
01:30 And to your point, I think that's what it is. It's about having a proper recruitment
01:35 process now, certainly because of the new ownership's ties to the previous Atlanta Hawks
01:41 regime. Two guys that I've touched on that have come up, Travis Schlenk and Jeff Peterson.
01:47 Travis with the Wizards now, Jeff with the Nets as an assistant GM now. But make no mistake,
01:55 if the Hornets make a change in the front office as is expected after the deadline,
02:01 this will be a full surge. It's not just going to be an Atlanta Hawks reunion necessarily
02:08 because of the previous ties that the new ownership group has to that regime. But those
02:14 are the names that have been most commonly linked. Certainly if there is a move, there's
02:19 going to be a bunch of names that get thrown out there. Some are going to be more real
02:22 than others. But there's very few jobs, only 30 jobs of that variety. So everybody tries
02:31 to get one foot ahead of the other to get one.
02:34 I think that will be refreshing news to a lot of Hornets fans because the previous recruitment
02:38 strategy, the shortlist was probably who has ties to Michael Jordan, either through the
02:44 business world or through his family connections. So a full business search looking for the
02:51 the best candidate is, I think would definitely be good progress and a positive step.
