00:00 A policeman has been charged at the Ampang Sessions Court for raping a 17-year-old student

00:08 Fazrul Raziyunus was also charged with carnal intercourse against the order of nature, using
00:13 an object during a sexual assault and sexually assaulting a minor.
00:18 All offences were reportedly committed in a police patrol car near Jalan Presyaran Sajana
00:22 Ampang at 10.30pm.
00:24 The 31-year-old Lance Corporal pleaded not guilty to all charges.
00:29 His lawyer, Viswanathan Nair, requested Judge Nurshila Kamaruddin for a low bail as Fazrul
00:34 needs to support his two children, aged four and one.
00:38 The judge then set bail at 20,000 ringgit for all four charges.
00:42 Nurshila also ordered Fazrul to report to any police station in Damansara once a month.
00:47 Fazrul is also barred from going anywhere near the alleged victim.
