00:10 dispute over pay. The strikes are set to take place between Tuesday January 30th and Monday
00:16 February 5th, with different operators being affected each day. Drivers are also set to
00:20 refuse to work overtime across the dates. The dispute by Aslef is now in its third calendar
00:26 year but the Rail Delivery Group, which represents the train operators, said "nobody wins"
00:32 when strikes take place. The group called on Aslef to work with them to resolve the
00:36 dispute. The Department for Transport called the action disappointing.
00:40 Train lines set to take part in the strikes include Northern Trains, TransPennine Express,
00:45 LNER and Cross Country. Operators not involved in industrial action, for example ScotRail
00:51 and Transport for Wales should run normal services.
