00:04 Today I have brought for you a very delicious recipe which is Alsi ki Pinniya.
00:09 It is a must have in every home. It is made in every home in winters and it is also accepted by both men and women.
00:15 It is a very good thing for back pain. So let's start making it.
00:18 Take 500 grams of Alsi seeds, clean them and roast them in a pan on medium flame for 10 minutes.
00:30 Keep stirring the spoon continuously. Do not stop stirring the spoon otherwise the Alsi seeds will burn.
00:35 After roasting for 10 minutes, put them in a chopper and make them as fine as possible.

00:55 When the Alsi seeds are ready, we will take 2 liters of water in a pot and add 1 kg of jaggery to it.
