Hours before polls open, organizers say more than 100,000 people are rallying in support of the underdog Taiwan People’s Party.

00:33 The TPP have told me that if young voters do come out tomorrow,

00:39 they are confident that they can increase the number of their seats in the legislature

00:46 And they're also confident that their leader, Ke Wen-je, can win the presidency.
