00:00 Round and round the coaching carousel goes and a lot of the hot seats became
00:04 empty seats. Now that we look at some of the openings around the league,
00:08 which opening do you feel like is the most desirable? I think it's pretty easy
00:13 and number one you get to live in the sunshine and the beach in LA. That's the
00:17 Chargers job. I mean you go there and you're like all right.
00:20 So if I say to him, you got an amazing, well yeah you got an amazing stadium, you're
00:25 building a new one, but you've got Justin Herbert at quarterback, Austin Eckler at
00:29 running back, Keenan Allen at receiver, you got Joey Bosa on defense. I mean the
00:33 pieces are there already as opposed to you look at a team like New England, you'd
00:38 go in there and be like who's our quarterback? Who's our star? Who's our
00:42 best receiver? There's no stars in place. It's a turnkey
00:47 operation in the Chargers. How Brandon Staley messed that up, I'm not sure, but
00:52 he did. But I think that's the number one job that agents are going to be going,
00:56 hey let's go to the Chargers. They're ready to roll. What about the Titans?
01:00 I mean they've got some pieces, but you know with Will Levis, is that your
01:04 quarterback? Yeah. As opposed to the Chargers, Justin Herbert is the
01:08 quarterback. He's an ascending player. He's going to be, you know, he's already in the
01:11 Pro Bowl. He's going to be one of the top three or four quarterbacks where Will
01:14 Levis is kind of all over the map. They have some weapons, but Chargers is way
01:19 above the talent level of the Titans. Makes sense to me.
