It feels tight, and there is an ugly bald spot where I applied the cream.'Sirirat consulted a doctor, who told her the cream she used was excessively strong. She said she has filed a complaint with the online store from which she bought the cream, but was only offered a refund and denied any responsibility for the alleged side-effects.Sirirat said she wants them to pay for hospital fees, as the incident damaged her self-confidence, leaving her too afraid to go out.She said: 'I want the brand to take responsibility for my treatment.
