00:37 He was charged by three other drivers of 38 counts of carnapping.

01:01 His LTFRB counterpart said that they cannot do anything because this is an issue within the cooperative.

01:09 But the chairman of the LTFRB said that he has not heard of such a case and that he will investigate it.

01:20 The Transportation Department dismissed the possible increase of the payment to P50

01:26 due to the PUV Modernization.

01:28 But where will the buyers of the modern Jeepney pay the P2.8 million to buy a unit?

01:44 they will still need P40,000 per month.

01:49 The PUL, facilities, cooperative management, maintenance and other mandatory expenses are not included.
