A decision from the defender is believed to be imminent.Elsewhere, Chelsea are yet to spend, something they have not been afraid to do under Todd Boehly’s watch. Still, perhaps Napoli’s Victor Osimhen could soon become the latest superstar addition at Stamford Bridge, with fresh talks reportedly held as the Blues look to get a deal over the line.Over at Arsenal, it seems calls to sign a striker are being ignored – for now at least. Instead, it is Everton’s Amadou Onana who appears to be a leading target and talks are thought to have been held. Chelsea, however, could enter the race and complicate matters.
