“One down, four to go.” DeMarcus Lawrence said after the game running into the tunnel.
Dallas now will head back to Frisco to prepare for the Green Bay Packers this upcoming Sunday in AT&T Stadium.
QB Dak Prescott had another phenomenal night finishing 31/36 for 279 yards for four touchdowns and one interception.
Prescott led the NFL last season in interceptions and the very next year he finished with 36 touchdowns, which leads the NFL and had only nine.
“I will not throw 10 interceptions this season.” Prescott said in the beginning of the season and that came true after Sundays win over the Commanders.
Another key note of the game, cornerback DaRon Bland recorded his ninth interception of the season against the Commanders, which also currently leads the NFL.
