00:00 Here is how I made this braided Nutella snowflake.
00:03 I make the dough starting with the yeast, sugar and warm milk,
00:06 then all the liquid ingredients and lastly flour and butter.
00:10 I knead it until it's smooth and I let it rise for two hours.
00:13 Then I close it up and I divide it into four equal balls that I roll out into flat discs.
00:19 I spread some Nutella between each layer and then I place a glass in the middle of it and I cut the
00:25 disc first into four parts, then into eight and then into 16 equal parts.
00:30 I twist every two pieces outwards and I pinch them to close them up.
00:35 I let it rest for another hour and then I brush it with some egg and I bake it.
00:39 I sprinkle it with some icing sugar and dive in.
