00:34 You grab it on the edge of the towel, make it as tight as possible.
00:39 And then you push it away at an angle, upwards.
00:43 Keep the tension in the towel and pull it back towards your body.

00:49 And of course, the harder you pull, the tougher it gets.
00:53 Up at an angle, under tension and down.
01:00 Do really 15 to 20 repetitions until you feel this nice muscular burn in your arms, in your shoulders and in your upper back.
