00:00 More than 20 residents in Maguindanao del Sur have experienced dehydration and weakness due to the pollution of the water.

00:17 The residents of Panay Island have lost their power.

00:24 According to the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines, they were monitored yesterday afternoon by a monitoring team in several plants.

00:32 They are still trying to find out where it is.

00:34 Out of the 13 plants on the island, only 4 will be able to return to operation.

00:39 If the Department of Energy is sure, their priority is to return the power to the province.

00:47 Three residents have returned to the house of the Maguindanao del Sur police station after experiencing dehydration, pollution and weakness.

00:55 21 others were rushed to the hospital due to the same symptoms.

00:59 The police station is looking at the drinking water from the well in Barangay Tamar.

01:04 According to the Integrated Provincial Health Office of the province, it is reported that people are suffering from Vibrio Cholera.

01:11 There was a fish kill in the river where the well where the residents are getting water is located.

01:27 Because of the incident, the local government gave drinking water to the residents of Barangay.

01:33 The health office sent a sample of water to the DOH for a deeper investigation.

01:39 A van and a closed van collided in Aritau, Nueva Vizcaya.

01:46 According to the investigation, the accident happened past 6 in the morning.

01:51 The van lost control before it hit the closed van.

01:55 Two people were killed while 20 were injured.
