00:05 It's flooded in the garden before but never, we've never had any water damage in the house before.

00:30 The whole flooding in the house just happened very, very quickly.

00:34 We were just trying to move stuff.

00:35 So obviously Christmas had been, you know, we still had gift cycles, we'd been out on Boxing Day.

00:39 So we were just trying to lift stuff and move stuff as quickly as we could.

00:43 My husband's just off the phone to the insurance company and they've advised us to look for a private let

00:48 because we've got pets for up to six months.

00:51 Our dog's elderly, you know, he's got dementia, he's blind, he's deaf.

00:57 Totally out of his comfort zone.

00:59 This is our family home, you know, it's leaving everything and things that you've worked hard for, you know,

01:04 to have your house nice, you know, it's just sad to leave here and not under our choice.

01:09 You know, we're not moving because we want to, we're being moved because we have to.

01:14 And, you know, it's just, it's really sad.

01:35 We didn't have any insurance, we forgot to change the insurance off when we lost mum.

01:46 Yeah, my dad loves here as well, and my brother.

01:50 He's not wanting to come in at the moment for everything that we've lost in here,

01:55 and there's memories to him as well.
