00:36 Meanwhile, the Easter Leaves or the warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean,

00:41 continue to circulate in Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao.

00:46 We expect that they will experience a clear weather with isolated rain showers and localized thunderstorms,

00:53 especially in the afternoon and evening.

00:55 The combination of the Northeast Monsoon, which is cold winds,

00:58 and the Easter Leaves, which are warm winds,

01:00 results in what we call a shear line.

01:03 This shear line will bring rain, especially here in the eastern sections of Luzon.

01:09 For the time being, tomorrow here in Luzon,

01:13 the eastern section of Northern Luzon will still experience cloudy weather with scattered rain showers,

01:19 just like this shear line.

01:21 Meanwhile, a large portion of Luzon will be affected by the Northeast Monsoon,

01:25 so we still expect that there will be light rain showers.

01:28 For the Kalayan Islands and Puerto Princesa,

01:31 we expect that they will experience a clear weather with Easter Leaves.

01:36 The temperature here in Metro Manila will play between 24 to 30 degrees Celsius.

01:41 Lauag, 24 to 30, Tugigarau, 21 to 24, Baguio, 16 to 21, Tagaytay, 21 to 28 degrees Celsius.

01:50 For the Lagaski, 24 to 30, Kalayan Islands and Puerto Princesa,

01:54 their temperature will play between 25 to 31 degrees Celsius.

01:59 For the Visayas and Mindanao, we expect that the weather will be clear,

02:04 with Easter Leaves still falling.

02:06 For the Iloilo, the temperature will play between 25 to 31 degrees Celsius.

02:10 Cebu, 26 to 31, Tacloban, 25 to 31 degrees Celsius.

02:15 For the Zamboanga, 23 to 35 degrees Celsius, Cagayan de Oro, 25 to 31, and Dabao, 25 to 32 degrees Celsius.

02:24 We have high gale warnings in the coastal waters of Batanes, Cagayan, along with the Babuyan Islands,

02:30 Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Isabela, Aurora, Northern Quezon,

02:36 along with the Polilio Islands, Calaguas Islands, Northern and Eastern Coast of Catanduanes.

02:41 We are warning our fellow fishermen and small fishing boats

02:47 to be careful when sailing through the so-called seaboats.

02:50 For the next three days in our surrounding cities,

02:55 here in Metro Manila, we expect that the North East Monsoon will continue,

02:59 so we expect that the weather will be clear until the rainy season.

03:04 We expect the temperature to be between 25 to 31 degrees Celsius.

03:09 For Baguio, we expect that the weather will be cloudy

03:13 because of the rain, this North East Monsoon will continue.

03:16 We expect the temperature to be between 16 to 22 degrees Celsius.

03:21 For Legazpi, we expect the weather to be sunny until the rainy season

03:25 where there are some weak rains.

03:28 The temperature here will be between 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.

03:32 For Metro Cebu and Metro Dabao, we expect that the weather will be clear

03:37 until the rainy season.

03:39 The Easter Leaves will still be here, but we still expect the localised thunderstorms,

03:44 especially in the afternoon and night.

03:46 Here in Metro Cebu, the temperature will be between 25 to 31 degrees Celsius.

03:51 Metro Dabao, 25 to 33 degrees Celsius.

03:54 The sunset will be at 5.32 p.m. and the sunrise tomorrow will be at 6.17 a.m.
