00:02 Good morning from the Pag-asa Weather Forecasting Center.

00:05 This is our update on what's to come in the next 24 hours.

00:10 This is the last time we will monitor the low-pressure area

00:14 at a distance of 185 kilometers south of Puerto Princesa City in Palawan.

00:20 We also hope that this low-pressure area will be affected by heavy rains in a large part of our country,

00:26 particularly in the western section of Visayas, Mindanao, the entire southern Luzon,

00:35 and the eastern section of Central Luzon.

00:40 The combined effect of low-pressure area and shale line

00:43 is caused by heavy rains in the mentioned areas.

00:45 In a large part of our country, including Metro Manila,

00:49 we are expecting a light rain season.

00:51 We still have a chance of isolated light rains,

00:55 in the southern part of Luzon,

00:56 and a chance of localized thunderstorms,

00:58 or heavy rains that will cause flooding and flooding in the rest of Visayas and the rest of Mindanao.

01:06 And for the weather forecast for today in Luzon,

01:11 we are still expecting heavy rains in a large part of Luzon,

01:15 scattered rain showers, or floods and floods that we are expecting,

01:20 in the entire southern Luzon, in the regions of Mimaropa, Calabarzon, and Cabiculan,

02:22 in the areas of Zamboanga Peninsula, Barm, and western Visayas.

02:39 as well as for the rest of Mindanao,

02:41 we are expecting a lighter season.

02:44 We are expecting hot and stormy weather for the next hours or at least for the next days.

02:49 And we are still expecting isolated rain showers or localized thunderstorms.

02:54 In the case of our ocean,

02:55 we still have a gale warning in the Batanes coastal areas,

03:00 the northern coast of Ilocos Norte,

03:02 and the northern coast of Cagayan,

03:04 which is the other side of the Buboyan Islands.

03:06 So, to our fellow fishermen,

03:08 there are small fishing boats in the mentioned areas.

03:11 If possible, let's not go too far because we will still experience a high tide

03:16 until the very end of the sea, which will bring a strong wind.

03:19 And for our 3-day extended weather outlook in the neighboring cities of our country,

03:25 in Metro Manila for the next 3 days,

03:27 so starting tomorrow, on Thursday, until Saturday,

03:31 the weather will continue to be clear.

03:33 There is still a chance of light rains or thunderstorms, which will bring a strong wind.

03:37 In the Baguio City and the larger part of Cordillera,

03:40 the cloudy weather will continue and there will be heavy rains

03:45 or there is a high chance of rain that will bring a strong wind for the next 3 days.

03:49 In Legazpi City and the larger part of Cabiculan,

03:53 the improving conditions that we are expecting starting tomorrow until Friday,

03:57 we will experience scattered rain showers or scattered rain

04:02 until Saturday.

04:04 So, let's continue to monitor the updates that are being issued by Pag-asa

04:08 about the effects of the shoreline in the next few days.
