Baguio gears up for Panagbenga 2024
The 2024 Baguio Flower Festival was launched on Monday, Dec. 18, 2023, at the Baguio City Hall grounds. The launch included the unveiling of the calendar of events for the Panagbenga Festival that will have two major parades — the grand flower street parade and the grand float parade.
The monthlong festival opens every February 1 and runs for four weeks.
