00:13 My name's Sam, I'm the vicar here of St Chad's. I've only been vicar for five months and what
00:19 that means is not only do I get to enjoy being the vicar of such a beautiful
00:22 church but for the first time I get to experience all of our Christmas services,
00:27 all of the Christmas things we do but especially the Christmas tree festival.
00:32 For me the Christmas tree festival is all about involving the community,
00:36 community organisations and charities and the life of this town inside and
00:42 with our church. So if you come and look around at all the Christmas trees you'll
00:46 see different organisations, different sponsors from all over the town and the
00:51 local area as well. We all kick off tomorrow, Saturday the 16th which is the
00:57 opening of the festival and we'll be running right away through into January
01:01 so please do come along, have a look at these trees, have a look at the
01:05 organisations and join us for our Christmas services as well because I'll
01:09 tell you what I'm gonna absolutely love it!
