00:05 alternative I and Donna have you covered. They brought back their Christmas
00:08 dinner Donna Kebab. All the trimmings you're familiar with wrapped up in a
00:13 freshly made flatbread. I'd say the inspiration came from the Christmas
00:17 sandwich and the Christmas burgers, from my years as a chef. Doing
00:21 something Christmasy was something I've always had to do or wanted to do as well.
00:25 I'm a big fan of the Christmas dinner. It was perhaps a massive part of what
00:28 made us. We did this in our first year and people came crying for
00:33 more and in the second year we made a beautiful little video. We put it out
00:38 there and it went totally viral. To this day I have met somebody who lived
00:44 in Australia who recognized me from this Christmas dinner video and said you're
00:47 the Christmas dinner Donna Kebab. So it's relatively made us world famous.
00:51 Each kebab features two of your five a day making it much more than a guilty
00:55 pleasure. You could even call it healthy. I try to get as much in as possible but
01:00 also appeal to everybody's dietary/religious needs. I've got all
01:05 the flavors in there. I've got everything in there. We have a specially
01:09 made turkey Donna meat which is 60% turkey breast. It's spiced Donna meat
01:14 sliced on a spit like any other Donna meat. Along with that we have
01:20 little roast potatoes. We have a touch of cord yet in there. That's
01:23 not particularly related to a Christmas dinner. Fried parsnips, Brussels
01:29 sprouts, the controversial one, gravy, bacon frazzles and dried cranberries.
01:35 Dried cranberries is a new addition so I think I've got it all.
01:39 The special menu item also includes sage and onion stuffing with a vegan
01:43 option available too. Well now we have heard all about it all that is left to

02:03 This is the most glorious mix of a kebab and a Christmas dinner with all these
02:09 incredibly fresh festive ingredients. Wow. Next time you order a kebab do
02:15 yourself a favor and get it with gravy. Game-changer. The stuffing on here as
02:22 well is absolutely brilliant and a great alternative to the humble Christmas dinner.
02:29 Christmas dinner is the Sunday Rolls mark too. It's the super plus
02:36 you know magnified version of the Sunday Rolls with all the extra bits with a
02:40 little bit parsnips and cranberry and it's probably the most special
02:44 special meal of the year for everybody. It's the one we look forward to the most.
02:47 So people just want more of it don't they? We started this in the
02:53 first week in November and that first week people were screaming
02:57 for it. People just can't get enough of Christmas. It's obvious.
