(Adnkronos) - “In Italia troppe donne, 44 mila solo nell’ultimo anno, si dimettono a causa della genitorialità. Il welfare aziendale diventa, quindi, fondamentale soprattutto quando tocca il carico di cura. Le aziende si muovono su molti punti come lo smart working e attraverso politiche come bonus asilo nido. In Italia il congedo di paternità viene preso dalla metà degli uomini ed è dovuto a degli stereotipi che vedono le madri devono essere le uniche a prendersi cura dei figli”. Lo ha detto l’head of corporate communications and public affairs di Valore D, Paola Trotta, a margine dell’evento promosso per il progetto Demografica e tenutosi a Roma presso il Palazzo dell’Informazione.
