00:00 We are at my own exhibition, which was created 37 years ago, in 1986.
00:07 It was a long time ago.
00:09 And what we can see today is the premiere.
00:14 There were no photos in this format.
00:18 They were created when the digital recording technology was created,
00:23 which means the possibility of scanning, additional processing,
00:26 which could not be done in the classic photography of the world of the eye.
00:31 And thanks to the fact that technology has advanced and we can use it, I used it.
00:36 This exhibition has made me very happy that I could come back here.
00:41 And what I mentioned earlier, it is a form of a gift for those people who may have watched it,
00:47 maybe they worked there, maybe their parents, right?
00:50 But I say, there is something like that, something that is not only for me,
00:55 there is something like that, self-satisfaction, maybe not quite.
00:58 It is a desire to share with someone, I would say.
01:01 Because I knew these photos, so I would say, well, what's next with us?
01:05 But I say, it's for people, not for me.
01:07 It was a specific order from the salt mine,
01:11 because they, thanks to the employees who wanted to create an album before the liquidation,
01:18 and for someone to come and do it for them.
01:21 I met really great people then, these enthusiasts,
01:25 because of course there were voices for this and for that,
01:28 because what is money, because no one did it for free.
01:31 Because it was an advertising agency from Łódź and I was delegated by them.
01:35 When I saw it, I got a smile, I say, I don't know such a beautiful world,
01:40 I would like to do it, but there is a technical deficiency, how to bite it?
01:45 Because the fact that I will go in, I have a flashlight on my helmet and I only see a stain on the wall,
01:50 I say, then you have to somehow extract this beauty, show it.
01:55 I remember this mine from the days of kindergarten.
01:58 And in the 80s, I remember that at the bottom of the mine there was this cross carved in salt,
02:10 which was later transferred to the Church of St. Nicholas.
02:16 So it's a memory from those times.
02:21 For me it's amazing, because when I moved to Inowrocław 15 years ago,
02:27 I didn't even realize that there was such an object here under the city.
02:33 So I'm fascinated by these photos and I'm really impressed.
02:37 We only know about the fact that there was a playroom at the bottom,
02:42 where the Silvestres were held, we only know about it from our parents,
02:46 but unfortunately we didn't experience it ourselves.
02:48 The exhibition is amazing, very nice, so we are very delighted with this exhibition.
02:56 In general, these corridors, you just don't know it,
03:01 you can't believe that nature will do something like that.
03:05 People are a bit crazy, of course, in these corridors, in the excitement of all this,
03:11 but everything will end someday, right?
03:14 - I love that.
