Caraway Seeds - 1 tsp
Bay Leaves - 2
Cinnamon Stick - 1 inch
Star Anise - 1
Black Cardamom - 1
Green Cardamoms - 2-3
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Green Chillies (slit) - 2
Water (as required)
Salt (as per taste)
Sugar - ½ tsp
Carrot (blanched) - ½ cup
French Bean (blanched) - ½ cup
Green Peas (blanched) - ½ cup
Cauliflower (blanched)- ½ cup
Korma Masala - 1 tbsp
Green Cardamom Powder - ½ tsp
Paneer (cubed) - ½ cup
Kewra Water - 1 tsp

00:02 One of the most important Indian dishes, this is my quick recipe of mix veg Korma.
00:06 Let's start.
00:07 For the gravy of Korma, the most important ingredient is fried onion or Birista.
00:16 I'll grind this in a mixer jar.
00:19 And along with that, we'll add 10 minutes soaked cashews in hot water.

01:52 Next, we'll add 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste.
01:57 Next, we'll add the slit Green Chillies.
02:08 We'll lightly stir it.
02:10 And now we'll add the Curd in which we've added the spices.
02:16 The Curd shouldn't splutter, so it'll go in immediately.
02:20 The one we've ground, that is the fried onions with Cashew.
02:24 On a medium to high flame, we'll cook the tempering
02:27 continuously stirring till it comes to a boil.
02:31 We'll cover it and cook for 5 minutes.
02:44 We'll adjust the consistency of the gravy.
02:47 We'll add 1-1.5 cups of Water.
02:50 We'll adjust the Salt as per taste.
02:52 And a little bit of Sugar.
02:55 To balance the sourness of the Curd.
02:57 We'll mix it and let it come to a boil.
03:00 The gravy has come to a boil, now we'll add the Blanched Vegetables.
03:06 In which we'll add the Carrot.
03:08 French Beans.
03:10 And all the Vegetables are 1/2 cup.
03:12 Along with it, we'll add the Green Peas.
03:14 And the Blanched Cauliflower.
03:17 We'll mix it.
03:19 And now we'll add the Garam Masala or the Korma Masala.
03:28 1 tbsp.
03:29 And 1/2 tsp. of Cardamom Powder.
03:32 We'll cover it and cook for 5-7 minutes
03:39 or until the Vegetables are fully cooked.
03:42 Now in the end, we'll add the Cottage Cheese.
03:51 And along with it, 1 tsp. of Kevda.
03:55 We'll mix it.
03:57 And we'll cover it for 2 minutes.
04:01 After 2 minutes, we'll turn off the flame and serve it hot.
04:08 Garnish it with Coriander Leaves and serve it with Chapati or Naan.
